It also manufactures semi embossed films in LDPE used in various industries.

Thermoplastic Tubes

Elgi Ultra Industries Limited has the capability to produce thermoplastic tubes to critical dimensional requirements demanded for its various applications like pneumatics, water transportation, drip irrigation, lubrication etc.
Nylon Tubes

These tubes are available in minimum 2mm internal diameter and 4mm outer diameter and a maximum of 12mm internal diameter and 14mm outer diameter. Specific non-standard sizes can also be produced depending on customer requirement.

  • Elgi Ultra Industries Ltd. manufactures Semi Embossed Film used as a liner material in rubber Industry.
  • Semi Embossed Film is manufactured with 100% virgin Low Density Polyethylene. The raw material is extruded and cast on the embossed roll and cooled
  • This process enables the film to retain the emboss on the film even when subjected to high temperature and stretch during calendering
  • Elgi Ultra produces film of any colour and specification as per the requirement of the customer
  • Standards colours are Milky White, French Blue, Red, Yellow and Natural. However anyother colour as per customer's requirement can be supplied subject to a minimum quantity order.
  • The minimum base thickness that can be produced is 40 microns and the maximum is 150 microns
  • The minimum embossed thickness that can be produced is 110 microns and the maximum is 220 microns.
  • The maximum width that can be produced is 1200 mm
  • The diamond shaped embossing in the film helps in the easy removal of air betweeen the film and the rubber while calendering resulting in easy and distortion free removal of the film from the rubber.
  • The film is used as a liner to the calendered rubber to retain the properties of rubber and also to prevent dust and other foreign matters from sticking to the rubber while calendering and during storage before taken for further processing
  • Semi Embossed Film is used by Tyre manufacturers. Tread and Bonding Gum manufacturers, Conveyor Belt manufacturers and other Rubber Coated Fabric manufacturers.
