Mango Lassi
Serves 2
Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Mango, cut into cubes
  • 1.5 cup Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Honey (optional)

Method:

  • The slo-mo feature of Ultra Mixer to be used: Add the mango cubes and ginger to the mixer jar, run the appliance on the slo-mo feature for 2 minutes to make a pulp
  • Add the yogurt and honey (if using), pulse it for a couple of times
  • Serve in tall glasses
