Extended Warranty T&C

The customer can opt for a two-year extended warranty by registering their address and product details on the ELGi Ultra website.
The extended warranty duration will be activated from the date of warranty completion, and the duration is only two years. This extended certificate of warranty will not be valid beyond December 2030.
The product invoice and serial number details will be verified by the company representative and approved for a two-year extended warranty certificate.
This warranty is applicable only to the country of purchase and the product purchased through the authorized dealer and the ELGi Ultra website.
All warranty terms and conditions of the product mentioned in the product manual are applicable during the extended warranty scheme period as well.
The product purchase, product manual, or extended warranty invoice should be presented at the time of service or for any warranty claim. In the event of a mismatch in invoice details or fraudulent invoices, ELGi Ultra Private Limited reserves the right to reject requests.
Accessories or consumable products are not covered under this extended warranty scheme.
The product malfunction should not be due to normal wear and tear.
The ELGi Ultra Extended Warranty covers any defect in the product that develops naturally, or "on its own," and without the interference of other forces. That implies that even if they are covered under the warranty term, problems like physical damage, power surges, natural disasters, etc. are not covered in the extended warranty scheme.
The extended warranty is exclusive to the product associated with the stated serial number upon activation and is neither refundable nor transferable.
The extended warranty does not cover any transportation or courier charges incurred (part shipment) during the extended warranty, if any.
