Return & Refund Policy
1. Can I return my product if I don’t like and there is nothing wrong with it?
Customers can return non-defective, unused products within 21 days of receipt. Customers will be responsible for return shipping. Alternatively, upon request, we can provide a return label and deduct a 20% restocking fee. We will issue refunds within 5 business days of receiving the product in our warehouse.
2. What is the return and refund process for defective or damaged products?
Damaged Products – Please email comprehensive photos of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will review and approve for either a replacement or refund based on the customers’ preference. Based on the damage, Ultra USA will determine if the customer should return or dispose of the product. If returned, Ultra will provide a free return label.
Defective Products – Please email or text us a brief description of the defect and we will setup a virtual service call with one of our service engineers based in India. We aim to setup calls within 5 hours of complaint receipt. If the defect is manufacturing related and not based on improper use, and if there is no simple fix, we will replace the product. Based on the defect, Ultra USA will determine if the customer should return or dispose of the product. If returned, Ultra will provide a free return label.
