The 3L Ultra Diet cooker is a first in the market, pioneering the adoption of healthy, conventional cooking in modern technology. It comes with a starch remover that removes the liquid starch from rice after cooking, which in effect emulates the traditional starch water draining practice done during boil-cooking of rice. It has a high-impact bonded 3 layer composite base for fast and uniform cooking, a rust resistant AISI 304 food grade stainless steel body and bakelite handles with twin screws, ensuring that a healthy meal is also prepared in a durable utensil.
