All orders are carefully inspected prior to shipment. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - we do not accept, under any circumstances, requests for returns, refunds and exchange.
In the unlikely event that your product arrives with a defect, please mail us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Our Customer Care executives will inspect and verify the defective goods for further course of action. Defective merchandise, if recalled post inspection by our Customer Care executive, must be returned unused, in the original packaging, and per the instructions given by our Ultra Care Executive.
There will be no refunds or returns for Order Cancellation. Customer are requested to check the product which they have added to the cart before proceeding to the payment. Once the payment is made order cannot be cancelled.
