A few guidelines on our shipping process:

• All US orders ship FREE from our warehouse in Charlotte, NC.
• We do not offer in-person pick up at the warehouse.
• We do not ship to Canada.
• Orders cannot be expedited.
• Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or holidays).
• Orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
• Orders received over the weekend, will ship on the next business day.
• We use UPS ground for our deliveries.
• We estimate between 2 and 12 business days for order receipt from date of delivery based on the address.
• We will accept returns within 21 days of purchase. Returns not related to product defects will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
