1.Tender Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

  1. Tender coconut water – 1 cup
  2. Tender coconut flesh – ½ cup
  3. Chilled milk – ¼ cup
  4. Dates – 4 or 5 (or) Honey – 1 to 2 tsp
  5. Cardamom powder – 1 pinch (optional)

Directions

  • Run all the ingredients in a mixer grinder and serve chill.
  • Chopped nuts can be added as toppings.
  • For chillness, ice cubes can be added or chilled tender coconut flesh can be used.

2.Watermelon Mint Splash

Ingredients

  1. Deseeded sweet watermelon – 2 cups
  2. Mint leaves – 10 to 15
  3. Lemon extract – ¼ tsp
  4. Black salt – a tiny pinch
  5. Ice cubes (optional)

Directions

  • Blend all the ingredients in a mixer grinder and serve.
  • If using refrigerated water melon, skip ice cubes.
  • Strain the juice if you wish to.

3.Cucumber Lemon Cooler

Ingredients

  1. Big cucumber – 1
  2. Juice of 1 lemon
  3. A few mint leaves
  4. Honey – 1 tsp
  5. Water – ½ cup

Directions

  • Blend everything in a mixer grinder until smooth, strain and sip.
  • Honey can be altered with a pinch of salt.
  • Ice cubes or chilled cucumber can be used.

4.Muskmelon Magic

Ingredients

  1. Muskmelon – 2 cups (peeled, deseeded and cubed)
  2. Honey – 1 or 2 tsp
  3. Black salt – a small pinch
  4. Mint leaves – a few
  5. Chilled water or coconut water – ½ cup

Directions

  • Add all the ingredients to a mixer grinder and blend until smooth.
  • Use ice cubes or chilled muskmelon cubes.
  • Consume immediately, as muskmelon can ferment quickly.

5.Mango Orange Twist

Ingredients

  1. Ripe mango – 1 (peeled and diced)
  2. Oranges – 2 medium sized (peeled and deseeded)
  3. Honey – 1 or 2 tsp (optional)
  4. Black salt – 1 pinch (optional)
  5. Cold water – ½ cup (adjust for consistency)

Directions

  • Blend all the ingredients in a mixer grinder until smooth and serve chill.
  • Adjust sweetness and consistency as desired.
  • Few mint leaves and a dash of ginger juice can be added for flavour.
